The space

This is a one of a kind home. It was built with love and a purpose. We are presenting to you the coolest house! Our open floor plan makes this house feel so spacious and comfortable.

From the swinging bed and a completely remodeled kitchen with marble backsplash and new appliances.

Living room has a wonderful fireplace and flatscreen tv (with cable and Netflix of course).
Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and all the little special details we could possibly think of!
We invite you to stay in our home.

Master bedroom is on the main floor with a pillowtop king bed and flat screen tv.

There is a second large bedroom on the main floor with a pillow top queen mattress and smart tv.

Third bedroom features a queen sized bed and work area.

Fourth bedroom has a pillow top king mattress as well.

The home has 2 bathrooms. One is a tub/shower combo. and the other bathroom features a large walk-in shower.

Living room has a smart tv to watch cable or Netflix and features a marble fireplace. Kitchen is completely remodeled with brand new, high end appliances.

There is a lovely dining area for sitting down meals as well as a charcoal grill in the private backyard.

Washer and dryer in the unfinished basement for those sticking around awhile! From families, to groups, to business travelers, we have you covered!

We grew-up in Topeka so we know all the ins and outs! Pick our brains if you like. We provide information about our favorite sights, sounds, tastes, and experiences found only here!

This home does not accept pets, however, we have some other homes that do take pets. Please message me about one of those if bringing a pet or if the dates you are needing are not available for this home. We have many lovely homes of multiple sizes and different areas of town.

Enjoy the area's art galleries, museums and architecture and make a vacation rental your home during your stay in Topeka. Renowned for its zoo, shopping and sporting events, this city welcomes all visitors.

About our Staff

Chela and Claudia have been cleaning and caring for my guest homes for seven years. Chela and Claudia do a wonderful job as experienced experts in preparing the home for your stay. To insure our guests safety, we have increased the frequency of cleaning door handles, outlets, walls and have continued the use of high grade disinfectant. All linens, bedding, mats are laundered between guests. As it has always been, the safety and security of our guests and team members remains our highest priority.

Chela and Claudia take pride in their work! They receive extra incentives to do their best preparing the home for you; a bonus is provided to them for any notes or reviews from our guests that highlight the cleanliness and care provided for your stay.

In addition to cleaning and preparation for your stay, my guest homes also have a full-time maintenance assistant at your service. Also, myself and my  husband Larry, are always  available to you for anything you may need assistance with during your stay.

Chela, Claudia, Maintenance, my husband Larry and myself all comprise a service team of five people to oversee the care and condition of 9 houses. We are scaled to the right size to allow for the time to give plenty of attention to the care of each and every guest home.

Interaction with guests

I’ve designed this space to be accessed at any time (late check ins are just fine). My day job does keep me busy so most likely I will not be there to greet you at the door, but I have a servants heart and I am easily reached. Upon check in if you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to shoot me a text or give me a call and I will be happy to help. I also know where all the best local dining is based on your tastes!!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
